About Mallorca Bathrooms
A matching service for bathroom projects on the island, and nothing else. We put a request in front of bathroom renovation companies that work where the property is, they quote directly, and the agreement – if there is one – is between the owner and the company. We do not renovate, tile, waterproof or fit a bathroom, and we do not pretend to.
Why this exists
A bathroom is the room where a renovation goes wrong invisibly: behind the tiles, under the floor, in a membrane nobody will see again. Finding a company that does that part properly, in a language you speak, in a part of the island where it actually works, from a country you may not be in, is the hard half of the project. The tiles are the easy half.
So the site does two things. It explains the work – what a wet room is, what waterproofing does, why the floor decides the shower, what moves the price – so that an owner can read a quote and know what is in it. And it passes a request, described once, to several companies that fit it, so the owner can compare instead of hoping.
How we work
- Free for property owners. Sending a request costs nothing and does not commit you.
- Companies on the list are local, work in the areas they say they work in, and take on the kinds of project they say they take on.
- Each company quotes you directly, in its own name, at its own price. We set none of it.
- We do not take a cut of your project, and no company pays to be shown to you before you have chosen it.
- Your request is shared with the companies that fit it and with nobody else. The privacy policy says exactly what that means.
- We say when a page does not know something. A range is not a quote; a guide is not a survey.
What we do not do
- Any bathroom work, anywhere, ourselves
- Stand behind a company’s work – what a company promises about its own work is between you and it, in writing
- Give quotes. A calculator gives a range; a company gives a quote
- Sell products. Nothing on this site is for sale
- Take a phone call for emergency plumbing. A leak today is a plumber today

Mallorca Bathrooms is a comparison service. A request for a bathroom project goes to the bathroom renovation companies on our list; they quote the work and carry it out, and any agreement is between you and the company you pick.
